SAFE ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCES
REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW
03/07/2023Should you be interested in volunteering at SHS, helping at a SHS sponsored event, assisting with a SHS field trip, or coaching a CYO team, CLEARANCES are REQUIRED. All adults who VOLUNTEER in any school activity in which children are present, are required to complete the following clearances and training. The clearance documents need to be on file at the Sacred Heart Parish Office, prior to starting volunteer ministry.

This document is permitted in lieu of the FBI Fingerprints for Volunteers who HAVE been a PA Resident for the past 10 continuous years

Federal Fingerprint Background Check for Volunteers who HAVE NOT been a PA Resident for the past 10 continuous years

Online live training sessions are offered weekly.
On site sessions are also available at various Parishes within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
Safe Environment Part 2: Mandatory Reporting of Suspected Child Abusee
