“As lifelong residents of Delaware County, my husband and I have attended our fair share of parishes and schools. As a result, we chose Sacred Heart School specifically for the caring and close-knit community. The small classes allow for more personalization, and it shows in the excitement and enthusiasm in the students. Whether you have a child who is gifted or who may need extra help, the teachers and staff go above and beyond to make sure each child is learning to his or her full potential. Sacred Heart provided (and continues to provide), a solid foundation for our children, and helped mold them into caring and compassionate individuals, and we couldn’t be prouder of them.”

“My husband Mike and I have been part of the Sacred Heart School community for the past 16 years. We have three children that have graduated in 2016, 2018 & 2022 and child in 7th grade. We can honestly say that sending our 4 children to SHS was the best decision we have ever made. SHS is not just a school, but a family setting that can cater to each child’s individual needs. SHS has strong academics from Spanish starting in Pre-K, STEM class, and Honors Math, to top technology across every grade. The teachers and staff at SHS have challenged our children both academically and spiritually in a loving and caring way. Our older children were prepared with a strong faith and strong academics for a successful road in high school. Sacred Heart’s school motto is Parish, Community, Faith & Family – these words are taught and lived every day at Sacred Heart. We are truly blessed to be part of this wonderful school and community.”

“We moved to Havertown a few years ago because of the community it is known for. With three young children, it was a priority of ours to ensure they grew up and were educated in a safe and supportive environment. This is exactly what Sacred Heart has been providing our children with, and we couldn't be happier with this school. SHS is dedicated to teaching and guiding the whole child, both academically and spiritually. With high levels of involvement, communication and collaboration from faculty, students, and families, SHS is more like a family. Our children (1st and 3rd grade) are challenged intellectually and have grown and learned so much in the time they have been at SHS. They both truly love going to school every day. They have made wonderful friends and find joy in each class from math to religion to music and Spanish. The teachers value each student and are devoted to making learning engaging, fun, and meaningful. We love SHS!”

“We chose Sacred Heart because we wanted to raise our children rooted in a faith-based education. We couldn’t be happier with how Sacred Heart fulfilled our wishes as our children have excelled through the school. A bonus is all the wonderful people and families we met along the way.”

“Sacred Heart School is a welcoming, vibrant place where our children receive an excellent education strongly rooted in our Catholic faith. Our three oldest children attend SHS (Grades 5, 3, and 1), and we plan to send our youngest daughter to SHS as well. We are so blessed to have our children at SHS, which provides a strong academic and well-rounded experience for our children, and supports their growth spiritually, intellectually, and socially. SHS is truly a very supportive and close-knit community, where our children learn values such as service, respect, and compassion. We are very grateful to the SHS administration, faculty, and staff who continue, even during the current challenging times, to provide a nurturing environment at school where our children can learn, grow, and thrive.”
